Happy Valentines Day!
Most of us love our family more than anything else in the world, do we not? Then why do you suppose so many or so complacent about the foods they place on the table every day.
Do you read the content label's? Do you understand what you see. Research some of the words, I promise you it will be an education you will never forget. There are many web-sites dedicated to the education of what you are consuming on a daily basis.
Do you understand how bad refined sugar is for your immune system? It takes a very small amount to counter all the good things in your diet. And guess what, Americans consume more sugar on a daily basis than any other country in the world.
The children in our society are raised on sugar, everything has some sugar if it's processed. The favorite cereal you give them for breakfast, the bread's, muffin's, juice drink's, and on and on.
Cola drink's are like giving your child or your self a bottle or can of posion.......and we wonder why we have so many sick people in our world. We have the best medical attention now that we have ever had in history, we exercise, we meditate, we seem to be doing something all the time to make us feel good. Is it working for you? Is your energy what you would like it to be? Are your children free of colds, allergie's, personality problems?
The answer is no....
Pick up the phone, the local community paper, ask your friend's, someone will know where you can find the right places to get good food. Organic and natural food grower's are everywhere.
Meat farmer's are becoming more and more available. Look for them and you will find them.
Is changing the way we live and eat easy? No.....but it's easier than being sick all the time, or being dead at a much earlier time than you should.
Take control of your food supply....It is the most loving thing you can do for those you hold so dear. !
And what better time to do it than Valentines Month. The month for showing those we care about just how much we really do love them.
Eat Well, Be Well .
